This time of year most of us think of sitting by a fire, and many become sedentary. Remember, as with any working part, we still need to move our bodies daily or they will rust. no matter how short...and then work up to longer. Immobility is a hazard. Make sure it is some type of movement, wether inside or outside. Remember, small steps can bring big benefits.
Remember not to let life's everyday challenges anger you. Small things like sleep, water, activity, good food, and mental health should be at the top of your list for any issues. Find what works for you and dispose of anger, hate and fustration. My services are to stay in touch with your needs, offer assistance and try to embrace the positives.
